OVERVIEW
The Weekly Sales Summary provides a structured way to consolidate the business's daily financial activity into a weekly view. It brings together completed appointments, sales by category, discounts, refunds, net sales, average sale per appointment, tips, expenses, and deposit differences for each day and the week as a whole.
The form also provides weekly payment and expense summaries and a review section for identifying the highest- and lowest-revenue days, comparing actual net sales with the weekly goal, and documenting unexplained differences. Trends, unusual events, and action items can be recorded before the summary is reviewed and signed.
