Use this SOP after the haircut, bath-and-brush, outline trim, shave-down, de-shed, or finishing service is complete and before the client is contacted for pickup or the dog is marked ready. Staff should read the grooming card and applicable notes, complete the final inspection, update documentation, and use the Final Groom Quality Checklist to verify completion.
